I have not written a blog in quite some time. I am going to just spew out some thoughts, ideas, and goals for 2011. Nothing to crazy, 2010 was a very wild year for me. Poker was up and down. I had lots of family things pop up on me, so I was never really able to get into a nice groove. Ended the year up, but not exactly the way I would have liked it. I have been crushing the cash games out here in Vegas since the New Year. I have been playing a ton of hours and have only recorded five losing sessions. All of the casinos are playing very deep with the exception of the Bellagio. They still have their max B.I.'s for 2/5 at $500 and 1k for 5/10. Aria and Venetrian have max B.I.'s for 2/5 at 1k and 3k for 5/10. It has been great with the extra money on the table. I have been trying out a few different things with a nice win rate. I have played really well and not to many suckouts thus far, which is always a good thing. I am a live player so I do not have any graphs to show. I guess you will just have to take my word for it, or not. :D

  I have been wanting to really work on my online game. I have been saying this for the last four or five months. I have only been playing online for about a year. I really want to give it a serious shot. The only thing is, I do not have the work ethic of Tneva and I am not as smart as Sune. I hope that is not the only winning formula for online poker or i am drawing dead already. I can beat 100NL with no problem, but I want to play at least 200NL or 400NL, which means tons of work will need to take place. Its crazy that I can buy in for 3k at a 5/10 game and feel very confident in my ability, but 200NL and 400NL regs are crafty little bots who crunch numbers and play at a higher level. I think I am up for the challenge. If not, you can look me up and I will add to your roll. ;-)

 The World Series of Poker is starting to creep up on us. I love it out here in Vegas during the WSOP. Lots of grinding and money being thrown around. What is not to like about that? I am particularly looking forward to this years series. A few of my fellow Coinflippers will be out here for the Summer. It should be an amazing time. I hope that at least one of us can take down an event or two. I will play in two or three events. My main course of action during the WSOP will be the cash games. The cash games during the series are notoriously juicy. I hope to go on a nice run during the Summer. I set a personal goal for myself. I want to build up my roll and be able to play 10/20 NLHE by the end of the year. I am very disciplined, and extremely motivated to achieve this goal. With a little help from the poker gods, it should take form by the years end.
