As I look back at the summer so far Its kinda hard to think its only July.  Since January 6th Ive been back and forth from my home in NY to Vegas 16 times. Even Im astonished to think thats 32 plane rides not including those damn connection flights just to vegas.  I need to stop this crap and make a decision Vegas or NY.  Not only has it taken a toll on me physically but mentally its much worse.  I used to suffer from a mild case of OCD growing up playing baseball having my superstitions and it merged with my gambling career. Its not the kind of OCD where I wash my hands a millions times or slap myself in the face repediately lol  Its not something you can notice if you were around me but sometimes it gets pretty rough, oh well just another hill ya got to climb.

The last two weeks has been some of the toughest ive been through in a long time.  My good friend past away last Tuesday after he lost a long battle to drug addiction.  My friend Greg just 5 years ago was a great athlete, great person, and a loving father, but then he found Cocaine.  Its was all down hill from there on, his body changed, his mind changed and to be honest, the day of his wake I couldnt recognize him.  If it wasnt for the 1 inch scar he had over his eye from a bar fight when we were 16, I would of thought I was at the wrong place. RIP brother. 

So far this year has been great for prop bets!  + 127K  but awful for poker - 44K  .....   Although I think Im to the point where I will never go broke, the last couple of months ive been playing way over my head.  You would think from experience and bad judgement I would stop trying to just up in limits and keep crushing the 30-60 or the 100 200  but of course I dont.  Idiot me, I mean I got bills, kids, my brothers tuition.  FML lol Maybe its the rush im going for, calling down a bluff at 500-1000 or taking 20k off some big pro, I dunno.  all I do know is im a gambler and that will never changed.

Some other cool prop bets ive done this summer.

Played my buddy heads up in basketball for 5k.  best of 3, games to 11, Everytime the opponent scored you had to drink half a beer.

After a world cup match I bet my buddy I could play goalie and stop 50% of 10 penalty kicks.  Lost 5k  That goal is way bigger than i thought.

but the king of all prop bets I think is coming soon.  I was turned on to this by my bookie who lost the 48hour prop bet to me a couple months ago.  This bet is something I dont physically or mentally think I can do.

Well here it is.    yours truely must go back to COLLEGE for a full semester! and on top of that, I have to play a sport.  Yeah College and be an athlete for a full semester.  Thats just the basics of the bet but dude im 27 soon to be 28.  Im 40 lbs over weight and I couldnt pass a college class 4 years ago when I had a schlorship. The bookie made a good bet.  Well played.

My world series sucked, played two events and didnt come close.  I got too much on my mind when I sit for a tourney.  Dice, Food, Beer,my kids, how hott Amanda Leatherman is, coinflip, Amanda Leatherman, Facebook.  Maybe tournaments arent for me.  Although I did win at turning stone the last two days,  won the noon tourney the past two days although only for a sparking 3k total it paid for the funeral flowers and the gift i gave Gregs wife.
