So this weekend wasn't too different from any other weekend in NY.  Like in the movie rounders, where Mike says its hard to find a game in the city on the weekend because most of the rounders flock to AC to beat up the tourists.  Its hard to find a big game in the Albany area because everyone Flocks to Turning Stone Casino to prey on all the college kids blowing their tuition, meal money and cash advances on their parents credit cards.  Its a great well known little secret by most of us in upstate NY, but as far as it stopping any time soon I think not.  Turning stone has over 30 College camuses within a 100 mile radius,  Ive probably only lost in the cash game a dozen times in the past 3-4 years.

This trip was pretty funny.  I played 3 tournaments and at some point I was chipleader but ended up getting sucked out in some sort. My final hand I had Aces with a board of 5678 j  and I pushed all in on the river got a quick call and was out of the tourney but then realizing i mucked the winner after some jerkoff called "straight" and then laughed when he had to show his hand and he only had a pair of 7's.  Well played sir..

so after that i was off to the cash game. I bought in for 2500 played a round, but something didnt feel right so i felt it was better i hit the sac.  I decided to leave the car in valet and take the shuttle to the hotel.  Well i hopped on the shuttle, and their was a little pouch on the floor next to me, like anyone else i got curious and hoped their was some money in their.  I opened it up very discretely, and to my amazement was 2  8 balls of cocaine and about 20 pills.  Long story short I gave it to the indian police.  Years ago it prob would of been a great party or a great come up but im trying to work on my carma level.

If your ever in upstate ny, first look me up and plan a trip to turning stone casino!  This nicky eyez competetion is turning out pretty good, it def gave me a laugh. keep it up and stay warm,  28 degrees here!  Well at least its back to nevada end of the week.
