Seriously thinking about giving this up.  I just have zero patience anymore.  I had a few great moments in time but I don't have the mindset for the grind.  In "real life" I'm sticking to blackjack, it's a game that makes way more sense to me.  True, it isn't as complex as poker but it does have it's subtleties, Learning to count, and then varying bet sizing was just the tip of the iceberg.  Applying the count to basic strategy and learning different deviations was the next step, like splitting tens which is never done in pure basic strategy.  It's not all set in stone of course, you can add your own level of gamble.

It fits my personality a little better, there's always action, always a decision, the win/loss is immediate.  It's definatly easier on the bankroll, $500 in poker will last what two beats?  $500 in blackjack might last me two days before I pass out.  The only thing I don't like about it are the tourists, the people that curse at me for "taking the dealer's bust card" or not following basic strategy even if the true count is +2.  God they're annoying.
