Being really happy with my last month I really don't know how to describe the feelings of this, ten times better, month. For the last few weeks I've just felt completely in the zone everytime I've played, making some really deep bluffs, herocalls, stabs in right spots, valuebets getting paid off etc etcc and most importantly just running good in general, both EV-wise and in setups. When running good it's just so easy to completely forget the variance and credit it all on outplaying your opposition. In fact that's how I've felt all month, when I really know how opposite of this it can be as it was for me in the beginning of the month when it feels like all you keep doing is minimizing your losses, grinding it up a little only to have a few big setups but you back in the red for the session. Before my huge run at the nosebleeds I actually had a very nice upswing at 25/50 of around 300k in less than 2 weeks. In fact over 400k of this months profits are 25/50 and lower. Oh and don't pay attention to the usd/hr stat, The hours played seems to get messed up with different clients using different time zones (ex playing a table of fulltilt and ipoker will result in HEM recording it as two sessions playing at different times resulting in double hours played). If someone knows a way to fix this please let me know here in comments or by pm.

I'll put some successful hands from the 1million session as i know at least a few have requested. Don't think I can comment too much on them this time as I think I'll keep playing if certain lineups run.

I guess the river was a bit fortunate, but against such an aggro 3bettor as him and that turn card I definitely saved 50k on this one.

The winnings caught up nicely with the EV in bigblind, luckily in opposite to last year I ran well at those big blinds where it mattered ;). I knew last year could've been even better had I only got a better run at nosebleeds, but I'm still very happy I didn't give up trying and it came now and not in 5 years which it so easily could've considering the small sample sizes. My this years modest goal of 200k hands is almost reached, the monetary one is but I guess I'll just keep grinding as long as I feel like it :). I'm glad to see I've kept up a high winrate, which so far is even better than last years, over 13bb/100 hands!

Since January I've also finally gotten some kind of working out schedule which I've been able to (mostly) keep. I didn't believe it at first but I think it improves your play, being more sharp, just feeling better in general. I'm leaving for EPT Madrid 4.4, where I'm going to have a bit longer than usual pokertrip. It doesnt have to do with recent results, I've kept working on my NLHE tourney game, watching training videos etc, Gotta mention think Vanessa Selbst has some good ones, and some great results, but there is obv so much variance in tourneys and it's tough to get a wise sample size live... I'll be playing the 25k highroller, 10k ME, 5k PLO and 10k turbo tourney assuming I don't get deep in one, but hopefully I will otherwise it will be a fairly expensive trip... And the summer is coming and for the first time I'm old enough to get into a Vegas casino which means I'll be playing some WSOP tourneys this summer! Perhaps take a shot to bobbys room aswell... Life hasn't been better!
