Been feeling really good about my game, but there hasnt been too much action, I've multitabled as low as 5/10$ and some 3/6€ which is basically as big. Bad run continues but I've been killing it ev-wise so still made some profit. One funny 20k pot on partypoker against a fish where I get it in as a 83% favorite in a 1000bb pot on the turn: http://www.pokerhand.org/?5822309

I thought about just shipping it in on the flop which is probably fine but I've got position and so much behind a call is better imo. Basically just horribly played by villain, the 4bet with that crappy aces 500bb deep oop is just awful, and the turn pot/call I've got no idea what he was thinking. It's weird how getting sucked out on in this 20k pot hurts so much more at 10/20 than a similar sized pot at for example 50/100.

Todays session was looking bad aswell until probably the sickest plo player, probsteder joined my hu table. I've got mixed feelings against this guy, at first I thought he was a complete fish, but ended up losing like 70 or 80k in a really short amount of time. That was at first 25/50 and then 50/100 so it's really not that much in big blinds considering the variance from playing a guy with his style. Basically i've got a big sample of him 3betting over 50% of hands in the bb, and just really aggressive. But after our sessions he has been playing 100/200 and a little as high as 200/400 hu against some of the best on ipoker... I had no idea what kind of bluffs he was capable of until this session. Oh and the session was like 20 hands long.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5822313 This was the second hand of the match I think, I don't really like his turn float, but as played I love the river bluff. it was the type of spot where it's kind of impossible for him to be bluffing so I knew if he somehow ended up at the river without an ace beat, he would definitely bluff. Normally it's probably a bad call(and even now might be) as he plays JJxx and a 2xxx like this most of the time, but since it was our second hand aswell and I know he likes to start out the match really aggressively not giving up any pot I decided to say fk it and click call

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5822319 a few hands later this one comes up. I think he is floating wide enough that the turn is an easy bet/call, oh and also hate his turn float. River is really crappy, especially when he just made a similar bluff and got called, you'd expect him to realize that and not bluff again, and he can be valuebetting really thinly, like J6x easily. It's just that all 2pairs/sets would ship the turn, and 45 is a really unlikely hand for him to have after floating the flop, his value hands basically come down to stuff that made 2pair/set with the 6 on the river. I decide to call, see the good news and breath out

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5822323 Like 7 hands later. He has been 3betting alot so the preflop open is very marginal, we are 150bb deep tho and I'm not planning on just playing fit and fold on the flop so I guess it's ok. Starting to minraise the button against this guy would be a good idea too. On the river when he donks I almost puked. First of all I can easily have a flush myself and he has just made 2 all-in bluffs on the river, noone would be sick enough to make a third one within 10 hands 1 tabling the same opponent right? RIGHT!?!? I'm almost happy ipoker has no timebank as now the I had 2 seconds left on my timer and just sorta closed my eyes and clicked the call btn.

http://www.pokerhand.org/?5822329 Some hands later I manage to win a pretty standard flip (note his hand, standard assuming we are on the flop, not pf) and he wants 25/50 and leaves, it's so late I just wanna go to bed and dont wanna risk it

I'm still not sure whether there is good value in playing him or not, he obviously makes some horrible preflop plays, but so does many great plo hu players and still win, a perfect example coming to my mind is Ziigmund who starts 3betting all kinds of garbage when he tilts, which is really often...

Oh and also I played EPT Barcelona, where I dropped out at the later part of the first day with AK vs QQ in a totally standard spot. These live tournaments are starting to feel like a big waste of time, and I'm 99% surely skipping EPT Prague. I mean the EV is way better just staying home grinding online, especially counting all the travel + hotel expenses. I just left Barcelona right next morning so it was a really short trip.

GL at the tables!
