Grindind my *** off

Ok, ive been basicly traveling the whole summer, so there are very few work hours in the past 3 months. This is pretty usual during the summer for me since i like doing so much stuff when its nice outside(golfing, soccer, beachvolley etc). Now that the weather is getting colder and my bank account is getting emptier its time to start grinding again. Yesterday i played 16h straight with two 2 minute bathroom breaks and one 10minute dinner break.

I played mostly plo200, but some plo400 and a little bit of plo1k with short stack. I started out horrible but managed to grind myself up.

Today im not going to play that much since i will be hosting the COINFLIP.COM tuesday NLHE clinic. Hope you all join in the discussion.

Next month i will try to play at least 5 hours a day since i will be playing a rakerace. Hopefully i will be able to play some 10-16hour days too. Well see.

Biggest pot from yesterday, i really have no idea what hand villain has here...(j6 or 46 prob)

Las Vegas Baby!

Since all the cool people are doing quotes i thought that i should give one from the book im reading while flying 19 hours to vegas. its Sun Tzus "Art of War"

"invicibility depends on one's self; the enemy's vulnerability on him"

Going to vegas has been a goal of mine for some time already and this year im finally going to do it. I am only playing the Main Event(because when i get there there isn't any other events anymore) but there's going to be some wild parties i hope, even though i miss coinflip/victorypoker party on saturday. Any other coinflip crew going to be present? After i drop out of the Main Event in like level2 or something i would like to have some company to drink :D I was supposed to go to Vegas earlier but midsommer and a little trip to Italy delayed my leaving a bit, oh well maybe next year. Hopefully then i will be in time for some plo or mixed game events.

I will make updates of my trip and maybe even some photos. Also i will write from the cash games i will propably play more than the tournament :D

To all of you who stayed home this year i say grind, grind and grind when its still profitable. After 2-5 years i figure the level of thinking will still go up, Thinking back now from what i was 5-10 years ago (from what i hear) it was incredibly softer, and since the toughening speed is propably exponential you should grind as much as you can now.

Good luck to tables, or even better good skill!

Arrivederci
