* sigh *

Lately I have been preoccupied with a lot of different stuff. It has almost been impossible for me to get into the right mindset to play poker. A little over two months ago I started a project where I were to win 10 BI at NL100 and move up to NL200 and so on with a new and improved LAG style of play. I have failed so far.

Status
After 19K hands at NL100 I'm $81 down. The rake amounts to $1199 which is 12 BI! During those 19K hands I've been up 8 BI a couple of times and down 5 BI when it looked the worst.

History
One of the things I wanted to achieve was to test a more LAG play style. First I played way too LAG and had to turn it down a notch. Later I over adjusted too much the other way and stopped bluffing. This happened at about 5K hands. When you look at the graph the red line goes directly towards hell. At the 13K hands mark I began to look for good bluffing spots again. Unfortunately I haven't been able to win a hand at showdown since.

Stats
VPIP = 25.9 and PFR = 21.9
In a 5-max game I feel this is a good balance playing enough hands to be somewhat unpredictable with out being out of line. Before my default game stats were about VPIP = 21 and PFR = 18.

3Bet = 9.4 and SQZ = 8.4
I have introduced way more 3B from the blinds. It's now 9.4% compared to 4.6% before this recent change. At the same time my squeeze have gone up significantly. It used to be around 3%.

Aggression Factor = 3.2
It was hard to keep a fairly high AF when playing more hands than before. I have stopped calling 3B out of position at all. When I have position I also call less and fold/raise more. Before too many hands were played without the lead making it really difficult to win without a hand.

General adjustments
The biggest leak I found was that I didn't adjust enough to the individual players. For example if a player called almost any raise pre OOP I didn't try to figure out how much he was willing to pay. On top of that I haven't been paying enough attention on when dynamic was actually present.

Hand classes
To see how I've been doing with different classes of hands I have made a summary below.

Future adjustments
Looking at hand classes I have a problem with the small suited aces and the small pairs. I'm playing the suited aces from all positions but I might not play them aggressive enough. This also goes for the small pairs. I have to stop set mining OOP as much as I am at the moment and fold/3B more of them.

I will continue to play NL100 until I win the 10 BI no matter how long it takes.
