It's been a while since i updated my blog on coinflip.
But hey, since I need a place to whine a bit, a find it suitable. Hope you guys don't mind :)
How often do you get that feeling when you are just sick of it? When you want to quit poker and everything that has any relation to it? :/
I usually have that after every downswing :) Just feel like I wanna puke.
I am aware that I need to work on my game, but on the other hand, I'm to lazy to watch videos and/or read books. I started to feel some kind of fear more and more.
I's something that I didn't feel before. It's the thing that I start to thionk more and more about the fact that I just can't beat the game, and that I can't make profit from poker. And that scares me. It scares me because I know that I'll have to get full time job and work every fcknk day, 9-17h , with some kind of (most likely) stupid boss. And it scares me. And it's something that I wanted to avoid ever since I started to think about my future life. I felt like that and before I got into poker.
I know I need to make some changes. Maybe to transfer from nlhe to plo? maybe from 6max to fr)? Maybe I'm doing it wrong ever since I started to play? What to do?
Any advices are more than welcome
so... last week i mentioned some goals in my post. http://www.coinflip.com/blog/stanipani1950/goals-november.html
Concerning poker, it started very well... I won around 6-7 BI in first three sessions, and then weekend came and BAM, I lost around 15 BI, or smth like that. Horrible feeling.
I noticed even nanonoko has downswing in this period, and it's a huge one, but hey... mine hurts me more than his :P
I'm in such a shitty mood whole day so I don't know how to write. Seems like everything goes against me. I can even beat lowest limits and my goal is to live from poker. How stupid is that.
Gonna watch some video and reads some articles. I need to tighten up a lot until downswing ends. Hope it helps
I leave you with one great motivational video
So, October is behind us. Since tomorrow is the first working day in my country I guess it's a nice time to write some goals for this month.
This is the first time I'm doing this, to be hoest. Even thou I know that this is important and everything, I'm just to lazy to write it down, and when I do write it down, I'm to lazy to work on it. Shame on me :/
So, here are the goals:
- Make a weekly report on coinflip, with graphs, stats etc
- Play 50k hands this month
- Clear kickback bonus I started allready and finish one more
- Jogging 2 times per week
- Do not spend too much money on stupid things since I will need a lot of it during December
- Watch at least 2 coaching videos per week
So... that's it I guess... I'll do evaluation each week (most likely each Monday) to see what I have accomplished.
Wish me luck
I had a blog entry questioning myself whether I should put my whole bankroll to one site, or do a bonus whoring.

So.. what did I decide? I decided to do bit of both for now. I mean, these bonuses are free money and it's a sin not to use it. For majority of those bonuses I need to play maybe 100$, or smth like that.
Beside that, I put my money (I'm still under stake for this so I guess it should say stakers money), to ongame, and I'm currently playin 20nl there. I'll have 30bi for 30nl soon, but I think I'll keep playin 20nl until I play at least 10k hands on 20nl.
Anyway..I plan to clean something like 20 bonuses which should give me nice extra money. Plus I need to discipline myself and not spend so much during these days, so I don't have to cashout a lot of money for now.
So... I have stakers money on Ongame... I cleaned 1st bonus, moving on to second one tomorrow.

After a long time I finally had good session tonight. The last one I had was during summer, mid July :( Hope this will be turnout point.
So, rthis is the question that is bothering me ever since i started playing poker. I never deposited my own money. I won something on freerolls, something from no deposit bonuses, and more or less builded my bankroll from there.

Then I discovered deposit and kickback bonuses and started building my roll with that. And it was going well...actually, it still is going well, but i can make progress like that. playin NL 6max is not same on full tilt, ongame or party poker. Different players, different styles.
It is hard to decide on which site should I put my bankroll and grind it out. If I at least didn't have so many options :)
I know I have to make my mind soon and pick one site. But where to go? where?
So, what is your experience with bonus whoring? You did it? For how long?
so... i'm kinda totally unmotivated for anything :(
it seems i can't do anything right and i'm not only talking about poker. i'm experiencing downswing for the past 2-3 months. i'm experiencing lack of motivation to play.
even thou moving into new flat should give me more time for grind and everything, it looks like nothing is changed. only thing is that i have to pay rent and bills now :(
i was thinking about some personal challenge, maybe something to do selfmotivation, but i have no idea what can that challenge be :/
can you please guys help me with ideas??????
Yes!
90+6' of the match, and we won! Hajduk beat Anderlecht 1-0 in UEFA Europa League in front of the full stadium in Split. Magnificent!
You can check video of the goal here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=B9YMjHQGZKI
I attached some photos from the match also :)
ok... back to real life :)
I had troubles with my ISP during last month. Since I moved to new flat (without internet) I sent request for installation, waited for one whole month to get reply that they are not able to install me internet in the flat. WTF! So, I was pissed like shit. But then I decided to go to the main ISP in the country (the biggest thief in the country) and got it installed in one day :D
So, since I had internet issues, I wasn't very motivated for grinding, since I was stealing my neighbor's wireless which wasn't so stable :/
But finally everything is solved now and I plan to get back to grind.
But not before next week :) hehe, I 'm going to my friend's bday party, gonna meet some old friends, so I will take my mind off everyday issues and stress. Sounds like a promissing weekend. Let's hope it will be like that :)
Hope to write next post on sunday evening, with my plans for the following week. ( i have to publish it somewhere so i can be more committed to fulfill it :)
Goodnight coinflippers, I'm going to bed. Early wake up and busy day tommorrow.
Cheers
So... I've been playin on one italian site few months ago. Very shitty software, but veeeery fishy. Traffic is good enough, and the game can be beatable with 20+bb/100 hands. (at least it was like that on 50NL)
The bad thing is that it doesn't support any tracking software, and it's run in browser :D
Anyway... So, I was running good there, but I decided to move out since I got tilted by software more than once :P, plus the fact that I wasn't able to do hand tracking.
Switched my bankroll to Merge network, with very nice rakeback and bonus deal. Now.. the issue about Merge is that there is enough traffic only during the night since there are lot of Americans there, and that sucks :(
I changed lot of sites since I started playin poker. Yes, I know that's not very good thing to do, but I wanted to check what will suit me best:) Did I find it? NO! :D
Each site has it's advantages and disadvantages and it was very hard for me to decide. I managed to get very nice valueback/cashback/rakeback/whatever deals on lot of sites and I decided, ok, I will try to multitable a lot and grind a lot of rakeback there. But recently I realised that that's not very smart way to go :)
So, i guess my plan is this:
Switch my bankroll back to Italians. I have nice rb deal there also so it's ok I guess. I plan to play 4-6 tables (NL 6max). I receive rakeback on my ewallet account so I plan to cashout rakeback each month. Rakeback+my salary from part time job should be more than enough to cover rent, bills, and other living and party costs for the month, and the profit will stay on the site. Nice plan, ha? :D
So.. that's my poker plan fo now I guess...and I hope I will stick to it.
Hahaha... last night I went to bed and wrote first post for my blog. I woke up and what do I see??? Blog competition:P What a timing :D
Anyway... first blog post...
Hello Coinflippers!
I guess It's time for me to start blogging. I mean, after being mentioned in CEO's blog (check latest post, that "guy that woke up at the hospital"...yep..that's me) I have to :)
So.. recently I moved out from my parents. Since I'm 26 I guess it was about time already. I dropped out from college this year, so I guess it's a important year for me.
I'm now living with a friend, who also plays poker.
Except poker, I have some part time job, where I work few hours per day (where salary is good enough to cover rent and bills). Ye, I know I would probably make much more money playing poker only, but since I still don't have roll big enough for that, I guess it's still not the right time.
One more reason to start a blog is the fact that I plan to update it with my results, so in one way I guess It will add additional obligation for improving my game.
So,
That's enough for first post. I don't want to write too much so people don't read it :D
