Bet24's Loyalty Program is called Club24 and it is set up to ensure that you are always playing with a bonus. All you have to do to become a member of the loyalty program is to earn a single Player Point. Once the first point is earned you'll be a Bet24 Rookie, and from there you will advance through the 16 levels of the program - the higher level you are at, the bigger bonuses you will receive.
Monthly levels:
Your monthly level is decided by the amount of Player Points you made during the last 30 day period. Your level is updated every day, and you can see below how many Player Point you need to earn to qualify for the next level.
You earn 5 points per $ raked in tournament fees.
You earn 3.25 points per $ raked in cash games.

The Yearly VIP Levels:
The very best bonuses are reserved for the yearly VIP Levels. To reach them you add the total amount of Player Points you earned within the last 365 days. A yearly level is always better than a monthly level, so if you are entitled to a monthly level and a yearly level at the same time, it will always be the yearly level which counts.
