Just read in a recent blog entry from durrrr that he stakes David Baker:

He mentioned it because Baker happened to be at a table he was moved to in the 2-7 draw event and he wanted everyone to know "nothing shady was going on".

Seems more like he wanted to post a little brag on backing the current POY leader since Baker is crushing at the moment as mentioned in the coinflip headline posted here:

So I guess if he loses a bunch of money in prop bets on himself (which doesn't seem likely) he'll be able to stop some of the bleeding with his horses at the WSOP...

How the hell does he keep track of all this action? He must have his assistant and his accountant working overtime or something. I'm not being sarcastic btw I actually read he has an assistant and an accountant working for him. Apparently his assistant is this chick who puts music on his iPod and stuff to save him the hassle (must be tough ).

obv he has an assistent, most of the players on that level have one.
I think that showes his class: He want everyone to know so it wouldn't be a big thing later when for example: durrr gets baker's stack and later wins that event (not happend obv, but just in case...)

Have anyone heard anything about cashgames that big names always play during WSOP? Last year Patrik Antonius won 2.4 million in one hand , let's see what will be biggest pot this year...
