The best known players busted one by one at the WPT LA Poker Classic, leaving six relative unknowns to battle it out at the 6-handed tv table today.


Steve Sung (8th) and Carlos Mortensen (9th) almost made it, but after they hit the rail, the stage was set for the lesser known players. In the lead is Andras Koroknai, who busted Sung when he was dealt KK to Sung's QQ.

These 6 players are not playing for peanuts, for the winner takes home $1.79 million and even 6th place finisher gets $246,000.
