A new series will debut on ESPN Classic and it will comprise in 7 episodes of one hour each the action that went on at the PokerHeaven.com European Cash Game 2008. This was a €10,000 buy-in invitational event featuring some of the top poker players in the world.
The first episode will debut on February 5th 2009 at 23:20 on the channel and it will be broadcasted across Europe in English, German and French. The show will be televised every tuesday until the last episode airs on March 19th.This year the event included figures like the current WSOP champion Peter Eastgate, CardRunners instructor Eric Liu, Irish Open winner Neil Channing and WSOP Main Event finalist Andy Black.
ESPN Classic will also broadcast the 'Cash Game Master Class', a series that will include detailed analysis from Eric Liu and Albert Iverson about the action from the PokerHeaven.com European Cash Game 2008. It is the first in its kind as it aims to increase success in cash games. The series will debut on March 26th.
