BlueFirePoker.com has offered former professional American football player, Michael Vick, a $250,000 contract to play poker for their site and receive training from their professional teachers.
Michael Vick will be released from prison to home confinement tomorrow but now, fortunately, he has been offered a second chance with a job that he can do from home. Vick was sentenced to 23 federal months of prison for being the key figure in an unlawful interstate dogfighting ring operation.
"With Michael Vick set to be released from prison this month, he doesn't seem to have many people willing to give him a second chance. Up to this point he's received insignificant offers that can't be taken serious. Bluefirepoker.com is willing to offer Michael Vick a 1 year, $250,000 contract to play poker under the tutelage of their team of poker trainers." said BlueFire Poker's official press release.

Bullshitmarketing. Because they get attention for giving this idiot poker training they offer it. Luckily I am unable to sign up at BFP cause they only have credit card and pay pal as transfer options.
I definately will never open an account with BlueFire Poker if this happens.
Paying a guy $250,000 to promote a site who has just spent 2 years in prison for training dogs to fight!?
The guy is sick and I would never attach myself to a company, that allowed someone like this, to promote them.

do you see what happens when someone from the ghetto earns that much money? jeeeez, he was one of my favourites in NFL, but he became a good memento of 'how not to screw your life'. anyway I hope he gets his second chance
