It was recently announced that Bodog has finally settled a patent infringement lawsuit with 1st Technology, LLC and as a result they have taken back the ownership of domain name Bodog.com. 

“This settlement ends the series of 1st Technology's lawsuits addressing the alleged use of patents in the 1st Technology portfolio. The settlement also resolves 1st Technology's judgment collection efforts,” said a press release distributed by Morris Mohawk, which owns the right to market Bodog in North America. 

Bodog lost the domain Bodog.com as part of the patent infringement lawsuit in 2007. After that Bodog launched newbodog.com which led to bodoglife.com. There has not been any comment on whether bodog.com will replace bodoglife.com yet.
