In an upcoming interview with Bluff Magazine, Tom "durrrr" Dwan reveals the name of his next opponent in the durrrr Challenge. It will be Brian Townsend - that is, if the match with Patrik Antonius ever comes to an end.

In the interview which will come out in the next issue of Bluff, Dwan apologizes to the railers who have been more than disappointed with the slow pace of the match with Antonius but says that with Townsend it will be another matter.

"[Two or three months] is the timeline to get it done, and with Brian, it’s possible to get it done even faster. With Brian, there will be days when we’ll probably play 5,000 hands," durrrr says to Bluff.

Dwan will also talk about the match with Antonius, his first losing year online and other possible candidates for his online challenge.

More than a year ago it was said that after Antonius Dwan will take on Phil Ivey and David Benyamine - but at point no one probably realised that the first match would still be dragging on in April 2010.

In the durrrr Challenge (not to be confused with durrrr Million Dollar Challenge) the players agree to play at least 50,000 hands multitabling 4 tables of 200/400 NLHE or PLO. If the challenger wins, durrrr has to pay 1.5 million, but the other way around he gets only 500,000.

When Dwan issued his challenge, many experts said he had the advantage over anyone in multitabling; he probably still does but only because Isildur1 would probably find it too boring to play just 4 tables with a super tough opponent..
