PokerStars EPT London started in the best possible way for Annette Obrestad as she took down the £5,250 Heads Up NLHE side event and £120,000 prize money after beating Bernd Gleisner in the final match. The Main Event Day 1A is also in the bag.

The final match, played in a best of five system, was relatively easy sailing for the young Norwegian. She won the first two sets against her unknown opponent in quick fashion. Gleisner woke up to pull one back, but the fourth set was all Obrestad again. It ended in a cooler for Gleisner when he found pocket nines but ran into Obrestad's pocket tens. Set and match to Annette with 3 wins to 1.

This was Obrestad's second tournament win in 2010, the first one coming back in January at the Aussie Millions 1k PLO side event. Her total tournament cashes are approximately $3.3 million.
