Antonio Esfandiari and Brian "tsarrast" Rast have placed a $30,000 no drinking bet for three months - with some strict training program and diet as side action. Both pros have talked about the bet on their recent blogs for Coinflip.

tsarrast says the idea behind the bet is to concentrate on poker instead of partying and help them keep up their A-game at the upcoming WSOP. The terms of the bet include six passes which means they can go boozing approximately every two weeks.

While the six passes make the no drinking bet not so hard to obey, another matter is the strict training program and diet that both players have agreed to so they can shed the extra pounds caused by excessive partying. Antonio has given his trainer a $10,000 freeroll on top of the bet and speaks with horror about his diet: "This morning I woke up to a protein shake and a NASTY plate of oatmeal, no sugar, no honey, nothing just dry bland oatmeal. Yuck," he writes, and you have to feel for the poor man. Antonio is also willing to take action from anyone who wants to bet that he can't make it.
