Estonia blocked access to online poker sites earlier this year. Since March the Tax and Customs Board has restricted access to foreign net casinos and now Estonia is planning to block money transfers between the banks and the off-lisence online gaming sites.

The ban goes for all sites that don't have a license issued in Estonia and at the moment there are two operators with a gaming lisence, Estonian Olympic Casino and Finnish PAF. There is also a third license pending.
