Great news for action junkies: Full Tilt Poker are currently beta testing Rush Poker Mobile. At least at this stage the application is available only for Android-powered phones.

An invitation to beta testers was sent via email to those FTP players with Black Card status. One of the testers is the Leggo Poker coach Brian "bw07507" Wilber, who gives an overall positive review of the Flash application despite some inevitable early problems.

There is no Rush Poker Mobile for iPhone coming at this point. Apart from the fact that iPhone does not currently support Flash, Apple may not be too happy about the idea of allowing real money games on their product in the current legislative situation in the USA.

According to Poker News Daily, Full Tilt Poker aim to make Rush Poker Mobile available to all players with compatible mobile devices, though players in France may be left out. FTP estimate that an open Beta version might be available during November.

Mobile phones currently supported include Acer Liquid Stream S110, HTC Desire, HTC Droid Incredible, HTC Evo 4G, HTC Google Nexus One, HTC Desire HD, Motorola Droid 2, Motorola Droid Pro / Droid 2 World Edition, Motorola Droid X, and T-Mobile G2.
