Apparently, the high stakes are not the only thing poker player Guy Lalibertè has been spending his money on. Lalibertè, the man behind the great Cirque du Soleil finds himself involved in a legal battle over what supposedly goes on in his bedroom.

The billionaire announced his plans to sue the publishers of an unauthorised biography which portraits him as a bed-hopping scoundrel with an inexhaustible appetite for sex, drugs, and a rock & roll lifestyle.

The announcement came after the popular Montreal news magazine Macleans published a spicy extract from the book, entitled 'The Fabulous Story of the Creator of the Cirque du Soleil.'
