Harrah's Entertainment, owners of the WSOP brand, have announced they are changing the company name to Caesars Entertainment after their flagship casino.

Caesars Palace is the company's most prominent casino in Las Vegas and it also the name of their UK-based online casino. The name Harrah's will remain as a subsidiary brand in the company.

The cost for the operation is approximately one million dollars. Founded in 1937, Caesars Entertainment operates more than 50 casinos or hotels and 7 golf courses. From January to September 2010, the company suffered a loss of 634 million dollars.
