The long awaited Season 6 of High Stakes Poker will finally start running on GSN Channel on Sunday. The episodes will be available on the Internet by Monday, so poker fans all over the globe will have reason to celebrate once again in the upcoming weeks.

GSN will heat things up today with a marathon recap of HSP Season 5 before the new season gets under way later today. Meanwhile you can check some short strategy clips on their Youtube channel, where Doyle Brunson, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey and Phil Hellmuth share some "Nuggets of Wisdom" for winning live play.

The players making an appearance on Season 6 will include Patrik Antonius, Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Andreas Hoivold, Dario Minieri, Dennis Phillips, Doyle Brunson, Barry Greenstein, Daniel Negreanu, Eli Elezra, Andrew Robl, Phil Hellmuth, Antonio Esfandiari, and Phil Laak. Gabe Kaplan returns in the commentator's booth while Kara Scott is the new co-host.
