Phil Ivey was the biggest winner on Full Tilt Poker last week and at the same time the only player who managed to win over $1M. Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies had also a nice week winning over $800K. Daniel "jungleman12" Cates was maybe the most talked-about player last week. He started the durrrr challenge against Tom Dwan and managed to win $641K.
Last week was a nightmare for Patrik Antonius and Gus Hansen. Antonius lost over $1,1M and Hansen was already winning $200K for the week but dropped a million in just four hours on Sunday.

dont get me wrong WE LOVE IVEY!!!
But he doesown part of FTP..why would anyone play against him on his site???
Im not saying that there is any cheating, phil does not strike me as that type of guy and he is well capable of winning million on FTP year after year bar none!
We know he has millions, he dont care if he loses 1 million or 2 in a session.
But why play the owner of FTP for 100's of gizzles a sesh...just in case that 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 chance he might have one of his tech guys working in his favor.
just my 2 cents or 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 cent

rumours say that all the people on team full tilt own a piece of the company. And gus is a part of that team, but he is losing everyday so... no cheating sir,
It is not so relevant who owns it as to who has access to the backend and if they share it with others or not. I am sure Phil, Patrick, Gus etc does not have any kind of access to the backend, player info, hand histories etc.
Also from a moral perspective these guys would never do that!
Without knowing 100% I would say its 99,9999% sure that nothing fishy is going on. They simply play on their own site as part of their marketing strategy which has proved VERY succesfull!
Cheers, Erik
