Last February Jared "RelaxedPrecision" Huggins, a 2+2 poker community member and a poker player, opened a thread on 2+2 saying he had lost his entire $100 bankroll playing heads up. He got evicted from his apartment and soon some of the cynical posters of 2+2 suggested that he'd make funny videos in exchange to few dollars. Even though this was offered as a joke, Huggins did shoot the videos, including a dance video and a free hugs on Venice Beach video.
Everybody fell in love with Jared because of his personaity. Despite his family history of abuse and his medical conditions, he never lost his positivity. People started to show him support by sending out emails and offering him jobs, encouragement and money to keep him off the streets. After six months living on the streets, Huggins finally got enough money to rent a room. Jared did not forget to thank the people that saved him and posted a "thank you" video on Youtube.
Late September Cardrunners instructor John "JimmyLegs" Wray started a petition to get Huggings into the PokerStars Big Game. Around one thousand people have already signed the petition.
Many notable pros have also shown support to Huggins, including Daniel Negreanu and Justin "BoostedJ" Smith.
