Everytime there is a big poker event, and also at small events, there is one thing all poker players love to do: celebrate!

The World Series  of Poker are full of celebrations, but as those are old news, at least until November, this time the action was at the World Poker Tour at Bellagio.

Apparently Mike Sexton, Vince Van Patten and Justin Smith were having the time of their lives there. Unfortunately, the latter's exuberance may have cost him an ACL. When only three players were left at the WPT final table, Smith completed his Ace-high straight on the river against Alex Gomes, while he celebrated on the rail with his friends he injured his knee quite badly.

Matusow helped him back to the final table where he was eliminated third (and ironically for him, as we know, Gomes went on to win the tournament). You can find Smith steaming it out on the 2+2 forums.
