Speculation on AJ Benza's successor as the co-host of High Stakes Poker took a new turn this week when Pokernews.com said the British poker presenter Kara Scott is being heavily linked with the show.
It would seem like a logical choice since Scott already has close ties with PokerStars, the new sponsor of the show. Scott has been working as a commentator on the EPT webcasts and as a presenter in PokerStars' sponsored awards shows.
Scott is also an accomplished player, having finished 2nd at Irish Open in 2009 and making deep runs at the WSOP Main Event in 2008 and 2009. Her total tournament cashes are $557,000.
The new presenter for High Stakes Poker will be announced in a few weeks time.
