The two biggest stacks at the start of the final table, Erik Cajelais and Matt Glantz made it to heads up for the title at the PokerStars EPT High Rollers event in London. In the end it was Glantz who had the skill and the luck to take down the £542,000 prize money in the £20,000 event.
In the final hand the money went in A2 vs QJs with Glantz holding the ace and the chip lead. Flop was good for Cajelais as it came Q high, but the ace on the turn sealed it for Glantz.
Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies was in an unfamiliar territory as he had to battle with a short stack but didn't get the breakthrough he needed. In the end his push with AT bumped into Eugene Katchalov's JJ and that was that. Ilari already had plans for his £74,000 prize money for 6th place. "I'll probably spend it all tonight," he said.
