One of the world's currently best poker players, Daniel Negreanu, has revealed that he moves back to his native country Canada. Negreanu is tired of not being able to play online on PokerStars.com.

Another pro has made up his mind and decided to move out of the States due to Black Friday. This time it's Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu who strikes camp and moves out of Las Vegas, back to his home country Canada where online poker is still legal.

Kid Poker revealed this news on his Twitter blog on Thursday.

"You WILL see me on PokerStars.com by Sept in time for WCOOP! Getting a place in downtown Toronto. Should be fun!" Negreanu tweeted.

With this move, Negreanu follows in American sit'n go specialist Olivier Busquet’s footsteps; despite Canada not being his native country, Busquet recently decided to move from the U.S. to the country up north for the same reasons as the Canadian.

Having only cashed twice - a 59th place worth $5,000 in Event #13 and a 20th place for $25,000 in Event #40 - Negreanu, who has played almost all tournaments this year, has experienced one of the worst WSOPs in his career.
Right now The Kid is attempting the $50,000 Poker Players Championship.

After Day 1, which finished a few hours ago, Negreanu is bagging 65,100 chips for Day 2 out of the starting stack of 150,000 – a nice run in the closing hours for Negreanu who was down in 23,000 chips earlier today.
