You probably remember a squeaky voice singing a song called 'Poker Face' under the name of Lady Gaga. And you probably also remember a sexy rocker named Chris Daughtry from American Idol. You should at least remember one of those, unless you have been living under a rock.

What if I tell you that the squeaky voice has been replaced by a deeper one and that sound distorsion is now a guitar. That is right, Chris Daughtry has decided to do his own version of the song using only his voice and his guitar.

At first I was not very thrilled about it as I am a big Lady Gaga fan but after listening to it I can say I ended up enjoying it very much. The single has received a lot of positive comments, some even saying that it overcomes the original version. Lady Gaga received some harsh critique in the poker world of her song being very annoying and this version might soften that feeling.

"I loved every second of it and thought he did a great job. IMO it's better than the one Lady Gaga sings," a user wrote at Daughtry's blog. "Chris killed it and made it rock and I loved when he sang the chorus and things. It made me squeal with delight."
