You are correct in assuming that it's impossible to build your stack to more than 26,000 bb's by valuebetting the river, so the only explanation is... COINFLIPPING! What happened was that some regulars from bigger limits like BROGSKI went down to NL10 to have some fun and proceeded to flip in almost every hand. nolez7 had managed to flip his stack to $1,596 when he got it all-in vs Arnz18:
