Gibraltar based PartyGaming announce in a press release that they have signed a five-year deal to provide the poker and casino gaming software to Danske Spil, the Danish government owned gaming company.

The Danish gaming law comes up for renewal later in 2010 and it is expected that online poker and casino gaming will be opened up for competition, so Danske Spil is wasting no time in setting up their operations in these branches.

According to the press release, Danske Spil spent seven months looking for a suitable partner. It is expected that the deal will be finalised in the coming weeks.

“This is a landmark B2B deal for PartyGaming and validates our strategy to become a leading provider of B2B services to both corporates and governments around the world," PartyGaming CEO Jim Ryan states in the press release.
