The most recent recipient of 11-time bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth's famous verbal tirades? None other than Harrah's Entertainment, the owners of the World Series of Poker.
According to Pokerati.com, Hellmuth was a guest on Hardcore Poker Show and had some harsh words on Harrah's indeed. It seems that a lot of the top players don't like the idea that Harrah's intend to launch their own online poker site, and Hellmuth hinted that Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars and UltimateBet may have plans of putting together a rivaling tournament series of their own. That would seriously devalue the WSOP, Hellmuth says.
Hellmuth also blames Harrah's for not giving anything back to the players while they make a fortune out of the WSOP.
Pokerati has some excerpts from Hellmuth's part of the show. You can listen to the whole broadcast on Hardcore Poker Show here.
