Phil "Unabomber" Laak took down the WSOPE Event #1, the ₤2,500 buy-in Six-Handed No-Limit Hold’em championship. Laak won his first WSOP bracelet and ₤170,802 (around $270,000) first prize on Thursday. Laak beat Andrew Pantling, who started the final as a chip leader, heads up and it was all about the Unabomber in Casino at the Empire in London.
