Pokerscout.com is a site that tracks online poker traffic at the various sites and networks, giving an excellent overview of the industry.

PokerStars have been the market leader for quite some time now, with a clear lead over their biggest rival Full Tilt Poker and almost five times as many cash game players as the third biggest online poker room, the iPoker Network.

iPoker is however the biggest poker room that doesn't accept US players after taking over 3rd place in the overall ranking and leaving former market leader PartyPoker in third place earlier this year. Of the sites in the top 10, only PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker, the Cereus Network and the Cake Network, home of PowerPoker, currently accept US players.

Svenska Spel, the Swedish government owned site is sitting at 11th place with 1,160 players in 7 day average.
