Pokerscout.com, the leading site tracking online poker traffic have released the first figures concerning the sites operating in the new internal market in France. Unsurprisingly, PokerStars is the biggest fish in this pond, too, while Everest Poker is also very strong in France.


PokerStars.fr is the biggest online poker room in France and overall the 9th biggest worldwide, while EverestPoker.fr is in 14th place worldwide. None of the other sites operating in France make the top 20. Overall the licensed French sites comprise approximately 4% of all online poker traffic.

Numbers for Everest Poker are particularly interesting, as their worldwide site has a 7-day player average of 1,100 but Everestpoker.fr already has 850 after just three weeks. PokerStars.fr 7-day player average is 1,280.
