Scott Clements last night won the FTOPS XIX $10,000 High Roller Heads-Up Event ahead of WPT Venice champion Alessio Isaia. Clements took home $290,500 after a deal was made on the final table.

The nineteenth installment of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series found its biggest winner so far, as two-time WSOP bracelet winner Scott Clements last night defeated Alessio Isaia in the $10,000 High Roller Heads-Up Event.

Isaia came fresh off his recent WPT Venice win, but failed to topple a well-playing Clements in the tournament's final face-to-face duel.

The two players entered the final table after besting a field of 128 runners, and quickly agreed to make a deal which gave each $285,000.

They then proceeded to play for a symbolic $5,000 as well as the FTOPS jersey trophy, which is awarded to all FTOPS champions.

Here, Clements came out the better player, securing himself the win and $290,500 after a short battle.

Clements has already made more than $4.5 million as a live tournament player, however, only with two cashes surpassing last night's result.

These came in a 2006 WSOP Omaha Hi/Lo event and the 2007 WPT Championship Event, worth $301,175 and $1.5 million, respectively.

Isaia also made a solid payday with his biggest online win to date, adding to the €380,000 he took home for finishing first in last week's WPT Venice main event.
