The Red Pro Strategy Discussion forum on PokerRoad.com is the place to go if you want to read some really high level discussion about poker strategy. Like the name implies, only invited pros can post on this forum.

Surely the most interesting current thread there was started by Barry Greenstein and it's about Tom Dwan's huge bluff in High Stakes Poker when he made Peter Eastgate and Barry Greenstein fold better hands. This is surely one of the sickest hands ever seen in TV poker. (To refresh your memory, watch the video here.)

In the thread, Barry Greenstein says the deciding factor was Peter's quick fold on the turn, which made him overvalue Tom's betting range. He also claims that Tom's raise on the flop wasn't a bluff. Justin Bonomo and Jimmy Fricke, among others, criticize Barry's view and claim he's not giving Dwan enough credit.

In a lengthy post, Peter Eastgate sheds some light on his thought process. He admits that he made a huge tactical blunder when he bought in for the game for too much ($500k) which made him scared money in this pot.

Dwan has also made a post in the thread, though somewhat disappointingly - albeit understandably - he doesn't want to reveal too much and just quips, "As far as my thought process... I just throw chips in the pot and hope to win, or something like that."
