CardPlayer TV interviewed the CardRunners instructor Taylor Caby to find out about his thoughts on Full Tilt Poker's new feature Rush Poker. Like most, Caby is delighted with the idea and says he's seen a lot of 25/50 regulars playing Rush Poker at 0.5/1. If they're playing, it means it's fun, and if the game is fun, it means the fish are gonna come too, says Caby to CardPlayer TV.

Regarding the correct strategy for the game, Caby says you should vary your game like in a normal cash game. Even if the opponents are always changing, gradually people will get to know each other and the good players are gonna notice if you always play tight or always loose.

Also it's useless to just wait for those big pairs cause you're never gonna win a lot playing that way. Good basic strategy is to play aggressively in position and 3-bet every once in a while against late position raisers. One more thing: you will often see really big stacks (400-500bb) in Rush Poker, so suited connectors and small pairs go way up in value against these.
