If you go down to the Bellagio tonight, with some luck you'll see a lot more shaven heads than just Patrik Antonius' and Gus Hansen's. That's because a bunch of the big pros, among them Tom Dwan, Barry Greenstein and Doyle Brunson, decided to get rid of their hair, too. This time it's not because of some silly prop bet but rather a show of solidarity to the poker player Thuy Doan, who's been diagnosed with cancer.


Thuy Doan is expected to start chemotherapy soon, so her friends decided on this show of sympathy to let her know she was on their thoughts.

Barry Greenstein said on Twitter that at least ten players at Bellagio had already shaved their heads, and he was about to do the same. In the picture Tom Dwan shows his new style.

Very nice gesture by the guys, and we join them in wishing Thuy Doan good luck in her battle with cancer!
