In a pretty weird case at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, two men by the names of Lary Kennedy and Greg Omotoy are suing Full Tilt Poker for allegedly illegally confiscating more than 80,000 dollars from their accounts.
FTP responds by saying their analysis showed the men had used bots to win the money at the site.
The suit also includes allegations that the online poker site manipulates the games through the use of their own bots, thereby making the game more of luck than skill which is illegal in California.
