In this video from Pokernews, defending World Champion Peter Eastgate talks about his WSOP, which didn't go too well before the Main Event. He entered about 10 tournaments without making even Day 2 in any of them. Perhaps his form has been somewhat hampered by partying, as he says that this is what he's been mainly doing in Las Vegas for the past month.
The Main Event has started well for the champ, though; since after Day 3 he is still in the field with an above average stack.
Peter says that after his win last year he has been living the "poker life", playing and travelling to tournaments. That kind of lifestyle suits him well, for as he says, "I'm a bit lazy and not a very productive person."
