Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies has a big love for gambling and sometimes it costs him dear, like today on Full Tilt Poker with Tom "durrrr" Dwan. Ilari lost almost 1.2 million in quick fashion after also playing 3k/9k for awhile.


The 3k/9k game is actually played at a 500/1,000 PLO table but the players agree that every hand must be preflop 4-bet to 9k regardless of the cards dealt. Ilari has said a number of times that he won't play this insane game anymore but once again he broke his own rule when durrrr enticed him. Ilari was planning to quit the session but when durrrr promised to play 3k/9k for 10 minutes if he continues, Ilari was all ready to go. (Notice also when Ilari loses his chat privileges for a minute after saying... "fcuk".)

At this point Ilari left the table for a moment but soon came back and the game was on. "He lost one million in a flash, it looked like he had left his brain at home," comments a player who was railing the session.

The current 24h results on Highstakesdb.com show that Ilari played a total of 872 hands with durrrr, losing $1,181,911. Almost half of his winnings last week were wiped away in an instant.
