Tom "durrrr" Dwan had a black day at the high stakes tables on Thursday, losing nearly $900,000 combined in NL Hold'em and PLO. At the NLHE it was his good friends Di "Urindanger" Dang and Phil "OMGClayAiken" Galfond who did the most damage, while at PLO almost all of it went to Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies who was the biggest winner of the day with $443k.

Surprisingly, only one pot was over 200k and that was won by Patrik Antonius, when he hit the perfect money card against OMGClayAiken on the turn. Video.

Highstakesdb.com analyzes the hand, saying Galfond 3-bets preflop with Q3 and  is then unlucky enough to flop top pair against Patrik's set. When he hits two pair on the turn, he can't get away from his hand anymore. So, an attempt to vary his play a little preflop turns out to be an unfortunate cooler for Galfond.
