I think in first you should start trying to learn the game better by taking time off from playing to develop your game. 1 hour a day rad forums study your own hands post to forums and watch videos.

When playing remember to have a an idea for everything you do, If you bet you have to know why are you betting, if you are folding you should have a reason to that too. Think through all the possibilities open to you before making a decision. First if this seems hard the play only one table.
