Holdem Manager is definately the way to go. It is very flexible and it can be customized to almost every need.

basically came to the conclusion, poker would be much easier online with some sort of poker tracker like software, what do you recommend???

I am pretty sure that you can't get that information for more than one player at a time. Your question is indeed relevant and I think that you should start a thread. Maybe someone else knows how to setup your HEM report.
