General info on Coinflip Coins
We have received a lot of enquiries regarding Coins. On this page you will find information on Coins and how to earn them.
How do I earn Coins?
You can earn Coins by playing in our various promotions. Note: Coins are not automatically included in all promotions unless specifically mentioned in the terms.
On some of our sites you will also get Coins as an extra bonus when you make your first deposit or on top of your rakeback.
In general, the poker rooms will send us the relevant information regarding Coins by the end of the month and the Coins will be at your disposal by the 15th of each month. In some cases this may take longer so we ask for your patience. At PokerStars and Everest Poker you have 30 days from registration to clear your Coins.
At rooms where you can earn Coins continuously, they will be credited to your Coinflip account weekly.
These are Coins that you have already earned and they will be credited to your Coinflip account once we have made the necessary checks. This shouldn't take longer than one week.
How can I use my Coins?
You can use your Coins to buy products from our Store. There is always something interesting on offer; latest additions to the Store are displayed on the lower left corner of the Store front page.
Go to the Coinflip Store.
When will my Coins expire?
There is no rush: Coins will be valid for 365 days after you have earned them, so you'll have plenty of time to save up your Coins to buy something that you wish.
Is it possible to pay for part of my purchase in cash?
Coins are the only valid currency at our Store. We realise that some of the products are so valuable that it's not possible to earn enough Coins for them with our current campaigns. This is why the Coins are valid for 365 days.
I have Coins that I can't seem to use, why is that?
See "Pending Coins" above.
If you have any further questions regarding our Store or Coins, do not hesitate to contact our customer support via this link.
Note: The terms of the campaigns will differ at the various poker rooms, so make sure you get acquainted with the terms before registering.
